We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. We will implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our operations or supply chains.

We acknowledge our duty under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to prevent slavery, servitude, forced labour, and human trafficking.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 Senior Management Responsibility

We carry out regular risk assessments of:

• Seeking compliance confirmations.
  
  
• Reject any supplier unable to demonstrate anti-slavery practices.
  
  

7. Reporting Modern Slavery Concerns

Anyone who suspects or identifies instances of modern slavery must report their concerns immediately.

8. Breach of Policy

Suppliers or business partners found to be engaging in slavery or trafficking will face termination of contracts and legal reporting where required.
