The information Games Haven UK collects is required for the purpose of creating Membership Accounts and for you to enrol in our Incubator space. This Information allows you to be identified as an Identifier of membership of Games Haven UK and so includes:

  • Name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, gaming types, Interests, banking details (See below), health declaration regarding whether you require disabled access or special needs.
  • Credit, Debit card, Direct Debit information, relevant information about your bank account number and sort code or other banking information. Please note that we do not store your bank or credit card details on our web servers
  • Your usage records and duration of visits with regards Games Haven Uk Site, venues and events.
  • Your contacts with us, such as a note or recording of a call you make to our contact centre, an email or other records of any contact you have with us

How to Manage or Remove

We store your information for as long as you are an active member, follower or participant in Games Haven services. After cancellation, we may retain essential data for up to six years in order to meet UK legal requirements. This includes financial audits, anti-fraud procedures and compliance with data regulations.

An “activity” includes attending an event, placing an order, logging into any Games Haven system, or contacting our team in any way.

During this time, we may still contact you with relevant service information unless you have opted out of all marketing communication.
